 FORM 1 Registration Information

​

​

1. ALL STUDENTS MUST REGISTER, including those who may wish to apply for transfers.

2. Registration of Form 1 students will take place on Thursday 7th July 2022 at the School Compound from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon.  

3. Parents/ Students must present the following documents:               

   •  2 Passport size photos with student’s name and contact number clearly written behind.

   • Copy of Student's Immunisation Records.

   • Secondary Entrance Placement Slip

   • SEA Student's Performance Report

   • Student Birth Certificate,(and one (1) copy) which MUST carry the same name as the SEA Student's Performance Report.

   • An Affidavit is required where there is no name on the birth certificate, or if the name on the birth certificate does not correspond with that on the SEA Student's Performance Report.

   • Proof of citizenship is he/she is a national born outside of Trinidad and Tobago.

   • Valid Student's Permit/Evidence of Immigration Status and any relevant documents if he/she is a non-national.

   • Family Information: Parent/Guardian National ID/ Driver's Permit/Passport Biodata page of at least one (1) parent/guardian.                                                                           A REGISTRATION PACKAGE will be available at the end of registration, this package includes the following items:

   • Student Handbook                                         

   • Student I.D. Card                                           

   • Student Badge                                               

   • Student Homework/Communication Book   

   • Physical Education (P.E.)
